Constructed of padded dark grey wool, the obverse bearing an oval gold bullion wire laurel and oak leaf wreath, overlaid by a silver aluminum wire swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse retaining an intact black cotton liner, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue to the wire features, a scarce example in uniform
