Russian "Flora" Parka F117 Designed for brutal African environmentsIntroduced in 1998, the Russian Flora pattern known as VSR 98 is a derivative of the earlier Soviet Pattern known as dubok, or 3 TsV. It was introduced as the mainstay camouflage pattern for both the conventional units of the Russian Armed Forces along with the Ministry of Internal Affairs until the introduction of the pixelated pattern Edinaya maskirovochnaya rascvetka or EMR was introduced. This parka was found on the back of many Soviet conscripts
