An Engineer/Pioneer Regiment Badge, C.1930 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac swastika and "1939"In bronze and multi coloured enamels, the obverse centre bears a six pointed white enamel medallion, the inside reads 1921 on a black enamel background, the arms of the cross are black enamel and a shovel and an axe lay in the quadrants between the arms, the reverse is plain and bears a screwback, the plate is marked but due to rusting is illegible, measuring 43. 08 mm, fine.
